Cisco Prime Service Catalog software is self-service portal that allows users to order and manage any type of IT service, from the data center to the desktop. The service catalog lets IT standardize and consolidate a wide array of services, and it gives end users a self-service shopping experience.  It also standardizes, unifies, and automates delivery processes for data center and workplace services.

The Cisco Prime Service Catalog 10 Advanced Design and Development course discusses how students can use the advanced service design and configuration features of Cisco Prime Service Catalog 10.  Topics include demand management and the management of resources provisioned through service requests; advanced form design, advanced service item design, advanced integration capabilities, and the APIs available for interfacing with the software; and capabilities available for site and system administration.  You will discuss how the service catalog is installed and maintained on an enterprise server, and how the installation is integrated with other aspects of the enterprise’s infrastructure.
